Job summary

Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site testing, calibration, and repairs at labs, pharmacies, and cleanrooms. You’ll travel daily in your territory, often driving 30–300 miles, and work independently in a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service and some mechanical or electrical work preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn new technical tasks.
• Good communication, basic math, and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel including overnights.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites in assigned territory.
• Work independently from your own company vehicle.
• Perform testing, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a focus on quality.
• Build relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site.
• Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track.
