Job summary

Fastcility Corp seeks a Field Service Technician to service food service equipment across the Bullhead City region. The role requires repairing mechanical equipment, using diagnostic tools, and maintaining clear client communication. Training and a company vehicle are provided.

Workdays are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some variability and a monthly weekend on-call rotation. Health and 401(k) benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing mechanical equipment, preferably in similar environments.
• Thorough knowledge of hardware and machinery.
• Familiar with common hand and power tools.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Track maintenance and repairs in company database.

Responsibilities

• Service field equipment in restaurants, casinos, convenience stores, offices, hotels and coffee shops.
• Work Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with occasional schedule changes based on client needs.
• Occasional weekend on-call rotation.

Commercial food service equipment repair agency looking for field service technicians to add to our Tri-State service team with their home base being in the greater Bullhead City or surrounding area.

Experience in soda fountain, coffee, espresso, general food service equipment, refrigeration or electrical is preferred but not necessary depending on your professional background.

We will provide company vehicle, gas card and paid training for all products you will provide service on. All of our work is done indoors and with lifting of over 25 LBS extremely rare.

Work shift is Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (hours fluctuate at times based on customer's needs) working in the field servicing restaurants, casinos, convenience stores, offices, hotels and coffee shops. Weekend on call schedule is once per month on average.

• Prior experience performing repairs on mechanical equipment, preferably in a similar environment

Pay is based on experience and full arsenal of health and 401K retirement benefits will be made available to you within your first 90 days of employment.
