Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Service Technician to be a key member of an international service team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems at customer sites, and remotely via phone and email. The role requires travel up to 50% and close collaboration with engineering and production teams.

You will train customers, provide spare parts information, and generate service quotations while documenting activities in the CRM. A technical AS or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical and electronic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for customer and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform machine installations and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Train customers on machine operation and software functionality.
• Operate machines to verify performance for lens configurations and samples.
• Provide information to support team for spare parts and quotations; enter CRM data.
• Deliver technical service via telephone and email; assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Prepare service documents, photos, drawings to aid customer troubleshooting.
• Contribute to operator manuals and machine documentation improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Provide timely customer service reports and CRM updates.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Take on other duties as delegated by supervisor.
