Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Technician to support automated systems across the US. You will travel to customer sites, install, troubleshoot, and commission equipment, and train customers to operate their systems for optimal performance.

Qualifications

HVAC, refrigeration, or electromechanical background required.
PLC experience preferred or training provided.
US citizen, able to travel, and hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
Experience in manufacturing or field service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across the US to install, troubleshoot, and commission equipment.
Train customers to operate systems for optimal performance.
Work remotely from home between visits with occasional trips to HQ.
Provide on-site support and commissioning of automated systems.
