WEISS North America, Inc. in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Service Technician (full-time) to perform in-house repairs, troubleshoot issues by phone and email, and travel for field service.

You will install, test, and educate customers on operating and maintaining equipment, and prepare detailed service reports. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, and up to 20% travel.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in service technician or similar role.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Read drawings and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Install new products and test for proper operation.
• Educate customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
• Explain issues and repairs to customers clearly.
• Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site repairs.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports.
• Cooperate with other departments and share information.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
