WEISS North America, Inc is seeking a Service Technician in Willoughby, OH for in-house repairs, field service, and customer support. This full-time, hourly non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and a generous PTO policy.

Pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a service role, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while managing travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in service technician or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Read drawings and schematics; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Install new products and test them for proper operation.
• Educate customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
• Explain issues and repairs to customers clearly.
• Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site repairs.
• Maintain documentation and service reports.
• Collaborate with other departments and share information.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Support quality initiatives for WEISS NA products.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
