Job summary

Arbon Equipment – A Rite-Hite Company is hiring a Field Service Technician to inspect, repair and install customer equipment in the Danbury area. You will maintain safety standards, complete paperwork and travel as needed to support customers and other offices.

The role requires 1–5 years of repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read schematics. Join a team committed to customer service and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to five years' experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet safety requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment safely and to Rite-Hite standards.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and service quality.
• Follow safety policies and DOT guidelines and complete paperwork accurately.
• Install, inspect, and repair equipment in the field, sometimes in small teams.
• Mentor other Technicians as knowledge grows and assist with training.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other departments to maximize satisfaction.
