Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, repair, and install customer equipment in the field. You will build trusted customer partnerships, work safely, and ensure service quality aligns with Rite-Hite’s standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical clearance, and the ability to read blueprints and operate field equipment. Travel up to 20% may be required, with comprehensive benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• DOT medical exam required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints & schematics.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply math and measurements in field service.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field to exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and service quality.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform field service efficiently, sometimes in small teams.
• Mentor other technicians as skills develop.
• Accurately complete service tickets, timesheets, and safety forms.
• Operate service vehicle and equipment in compliance with DOT and safety standards.
• Travel domestically up to 20% for training and support as needed.
