Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is hiring a Service Technician to perform field service, repair, and installation of industrial equipment at customer sites in the Windsor, CT area. You will inspect, diagnose, and fix hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction, while maintaining documentation and service tickets.

The role offers hands-on training, occasional travel, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT medical exam.
• Reading blueprints, schematics, safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install equipment at customer sites.
• Work independently or in small teams to service hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Train peers and lead on-site service activities when needed.
• Complete service tickets and safety forms accurately using handheld devices.
