Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Technician to perform installation, inspection, and repair of customer equipment in the Windsor, CT area. You will ensure safety compliance and deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of repair experience, plus a valid driver’s license and DOT medical clearance. This field role may require occasional overnight travel and teamwork with other technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and uphold Rite-Hite’s service standards.
• Complete service tickets and paperwork accurately using handheld devices.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Occasionally travel overnight for training or support.
