Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Technician to inspect, repair, and install customer equipment in the field. You will develop strong customer relations and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while working either independently or in small teams.

The role requires operating a service vehicle safely, training other technicians as skills grow, and completing paperwork accurately. Occasional domestic overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Experience reading blueprints & schematics and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Timely and proper inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation of customer equipment.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Guide other Service Technicians with less experience as needed.
• Complete service tickets, timesheets, and safety forms accurately.
• Operate service vehicle and equipment in accordance with DOT standards.
