Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Uncrate, assemble, inspect, and test machinery before delivery.
• Assist with machine installations and critical field service visits.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct live demonstrations of machines for clients.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
