Ag-Pro Companies in the United States is seeking an experienced field service technician to perform in-field diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment. You will operate a mobile service vehicle, travel to customer locations, and document work orders accurately.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift at least 75 lbs, and the capacity to mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety and equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service repairs experience is preferred.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment in-field.
• Operate a service vehicle and travel to customer locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and document work orders.
• Mentor junior technicians and communicate solutions clearly.
• Ensure safety and keep a clean, organized work area.
