Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks a Tech III to perform safe, high-quality field work in field services, handling work orders, asset maintenance, and responsive customer service.

You will complete service orders within SLAs, analyze usage patterns, and lead small crews while mentoring Tech I/II staff. The role requires a strong safety mindset and hands-on problem solving in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
• Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
• CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service orders (turn-on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
• Investigate high/low usage, no-reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
• Perform utility locates/mark-outs and customer appointments professionally.
• Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
• Support emergency response and after-hours rotations as assigned.
• Lead small crews/tasks; mentor Tech I/II staff and verify job safety setups.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis; recommend preventive improvements.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Field‑based role with frequent driving, outdoor work in varied weather, and exposure to traffic, confined spaces, biological/chemical hazards, energized equipment, and uneven terrain. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, kneel, and wear required PPE.
