Inframark is seeking a Field Service Technician III to perform high-quality field work, manage work orders, and mentor junior staff. The role focuses on safe, efficient service delivery, asset maintenance, and customer-focused responsiveness in field operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field service experience, strong safety practices, and proficiency with CMMS and mobile work orders. This on-site position requires reliable driving and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
• Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
• CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service orders (turn-on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
• Investigate high/low usage, no-reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
• Perform utility locates/mark-outs and customer appointments professionally.
• Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
• Support emergency response and after-hours rotations as assigned.
• Lead small crews/tasks; mentor Tech I/II staff and verify job safety setups.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; recommend preventive improvements.
