The Field Service Technician II will install and support wireless communications systems, create mid-level programming codeplugs, and provide exceptional customer service at customer sites in the New Orleans area.

The role requires diagnosing RF equipment, understanding two-way radio theory, and using test equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service experience in diagnosing, repairing, programming, and installing wireless equipment.
• Strong understanding of RF theory and frequency bands.
• Proficient in interpreting schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install and service wireless communications equipment across multiple systems.
• Create mid-level programming codeplugs and configure zones.
• Travel regionally and be available for on-call hours.
