Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Tech II in field services to perform safe, high‑quality field work, execute work orders, and maintain assets while delivering responsive customer service.

You will complete service orders, investigate anomalies, perform locates/mark‑outs, and use mobile tools for accurate documentation. Expect field exposure and after‑hours rotations with a strong emphasis on safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
• Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
• CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service orders (turn‑on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
• Investigate high/low usage, no‑reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
• Perform utility locates/mark‑outs and customer appointments professionally.
• Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
• Support emergency response and after‑hours rotations as assigned.
• Work independently on routine tasks; request guidance on complex issues.
• Provide courteous customer and stakeholder communications at job sites.
