Job summary

You will provide on-site service for security systems, respond to trouble tickets, perform upgrades and maintenance, and document changes.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion and fire alarm systems, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, individually or as a team.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize availability and identify faults.
• Document system modifications through a digital change control system.
• Create technical documentation for deployment details for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform pre-deployment testing of upgrades and modifications.
• Install software upgrades and major modifications on-site.
