Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks an experienced technician to install intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems across sites in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities include wiring in attics and crawl spaces, testing systems, and ensuring compliance with codes. On-call rotation and customer-focused service are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience installing/servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational/Technical degree in electrical, security, or computer systems preferred.
• NICET certification preferred.
• Lenel, Pro-Watch, Software House, Picture Perfect certifications preferred.
• Bosch, Honeywell, Radionics, or DMP system knowledge preferred.
• IP Video and IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control security systems.
• Run electrical wiring in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces.
• Complete wiring, connections, and equipment installations to meet requirements.
• Assist with on-site scheduling and timely delivery of equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure systems are operational.
• Troubleshoot installations to ensure proper functioning and codes compliance.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to safety requirements.
• Promote good customer relations and support contract retention.
