Job summary

Imperial Brady, a leading packaging solutions provider, seeks a Field Service Technician II to diagnose, maintain, and repair packaging machinery across customer sites. You will work with various packaging equipment types, including Case Erectors, Stretch, and Shrink film systems, and perform PLC-related program changes.

The role requires reading schematics, on-site customer service, and ability to train junior staff.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Mechanical or Electrical field or related experience.
• 5+ years in Secondary Packaging Equipment or similar environment.
• PLC experience and basic programming skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot industrial packaging equipment.
• Lead installation crews and perform installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
