Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVAC or refrigeration troubleshooting/repair.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site service: start-up, preventative/repair maintenance, field mods, testing of IT cooling equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and electro-mechanical systems using schematics and testing tools; replace components as needed.
• Perform leak detection, reclamation, evacuation, and charging of R410A refrigerant.
• Diagnose electrical/HVAC control systems to restore functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, third-party partners, and end users.
• Inspect and evaluate returned equipment to assess defects and readiness.
• On-call emergency support on rotating schedule.
• Keep detailed records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
• Collaborate on power equipment installations and related activities.
• Submit expense reports per travel and reimbursement policies.
