Job summary

Stolle Machinery Co., LLC provides remote and on-site field service support, including equipment installation, start-up, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, training, and technical assistance for Stolle product lines at domestic and international customer locations.

This position serves as a technical resource to customers and internal teams, ensuring equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of service-related issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, GED or Vocational School studying Industrial Mechanics, Machine Shop, Machinist, Manufacturing Technology or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field; intermediate knowledge of Stolle product lines.
• Strong orientation to Customer Service and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site field service support, including equipment installation, start-up, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, training, and technical assistance for Stolle product lines at domestic and international customer locations.
• Act as a technical resource to customers and internal teams, ensuring equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of service-related issues.
• When not on customer sites, support internal operations through documentation development, manual and procedure updates, training material preparation, technical research, administrative activities and other departmental projects.
