Job summary

Stolle Machinery Co. is seeking a Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our global service team. You will provide remote and on-site support for installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair across domestic and international customer locations.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, customer service orientation, and willingness to travel. When not on customer sites, you will contribute to documentation, training materials, and internal projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or vocational schooling in industrial mechanics or related field.
• Skilled trades certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site field service support including installation, start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of Stolle product lines.
• Document issues and prepare Service/Call Time Reports for customers and internal teams.
• Train customers and internal staff; develop manuals and procedures as needed.
