Job summary

Hyperscale Fire is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician - II to service on-site fire alarm and NICET-rated systems in the Mesa area. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, document activities, and communicate clearly with clients about status and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of field experience with Kidde, Notifier, or FCI products, NICET certification preferred, and a commitment to safety and quality in every service call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems.
• NICET certification or equivalent highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in the field with safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipment.
• Service and maintain special hazard fire suppression systems.
• Diagnose system issues accurately and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Communicate with clients regarding system status, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
