Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair electromechanical systems, including ATMs and self-checkout devices, across a specified territory. The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem resolution, and timely on-site service.

The ideal candidate will have PC skills, basic electronics, and the ability to travel. Training is provided and weekend shifts may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
• Ability to travel with several hours of daily driving.
• Rotating and weekend shifts may be required.
• Experience with hardware, software, and networking basics is preferred.
• Familiarity with service and repair of electromechanical equipment helps.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems within territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configurations issues.
• Manage network faults, remote connectivity and security settings.
• Communicate openly with customers and document issues.
