Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Chicago, IL area. The role entails installing, maintaining, and servicing electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade systems while engaging with customers to deliver swift solutions. The ideal candidate has PC and basic electronics skills, OS familiarity, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• Willingness to travel and perform field service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access.
