Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our Everett, WA team. You will diagnose, service, and repair self-checkout and ATM hardware in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high availability for customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, customer communication, and continuous training. Local candidates in the Everett area are preferred, with travel as needed and supported by NCR Atleos policies.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• One or more years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with lifting up to 50 lbs and shifting/standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
