The Field Service Technician II role is based in San Antonio, TX, and involves installations, maintenance, and servicing of self-service technology across a broad territory.

Qualifications

Local candidate in the geographic area.
Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 19 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
PC skills and basic electronic skills.
Ability to perform essential job functions including travel and varying shifts.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. as part of the role.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
