Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field technician to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. You will handle maintenance, system overhauls, and network-related tasks including configuration, security, and remote access.

The role requires local residency in the US, a valid driver's license, basic electronics and OS familiarity, and the ability to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, squatting, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, imaging software (preferred).
• A+ Certification and CompTIA N+ Certification (preferred).
• One or more years of related experience (preferred).

• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic to configuration, security, and remote system access
