Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our service team in the Delaware area. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

We provide formal NCR Voyix training, a company vehicle for business use, and opportunities to grow within a learning-focused environment. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work – Rotating shifts with morning, afternoon, and evening start times including some holidays.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts to service networking equipment such as access points or switches.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
