Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Service Technician I to provide field support and perform technical measures prior to installation of Renewal by Andersen products.

You will service and repair installed windows and doors, measure dimensions, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and maintain organized service areas while keeping safety and quality in focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction knowledge and building materials familiarity.
• Ability to service and repair installed windows and perform measures.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.
• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes.
• Provide installation solutions that align with cost and customer expectations.
• Keep service area neat, organized, and stocked; document job details promptly.
• Complete paperwork neatly and professionally; portray a professional image.
