Job summary

Hach is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide high-quality customer service by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on water quality devices at municipal and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service and customer-facing roles, a valid driver’s license, and is expected to travel frequently.

The position offers comprehensive training, a 10-hour workday schedule, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a travel-based field service and/or customer-facing role strongly preferred.
• H.S. Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation.
• Promote a positive customer experience and serve as the on-site customer contact.
• Travel to customer sites within the Philadelphia area with up to 75% overnight stays.
