Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, is hiring a Field Service Technician I to deliver high-quality customer service, perform preventive maintenance, and calibrate devices at customer sites in the US. The role involves daily travel, field visits to municipal and industrial facilities, and on-site technical support.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.
• 2+ years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
• Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
• Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and more.
