Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to support major retail customers across our territory. You will install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment and respond to customer needs promptly under the guidance of NCR Voyix training.

A valid US work authorization and a driver’s license are required. The role includes paid time off, holidays, a 401K plan, medical insurance, and a company vehicle for business use.

Qualifications

• Local candidate within geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Willing to rotate shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
