Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician I to prepare and service medical products for patient use across centers and homes. You will clean, disinfect, perform checks, and make minor repairs while ensuring safety and 5S standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a DOT physical. Shift Friday–Monday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, with on-call coverage and potential weekend work. Base salary ranges $43,200–$59,400 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver s license is required.
• DOT physical card required for role.

Responsibilities

• Move and inspect medical products in Baxter service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.
• Load and unload Baxter product and maneuver the medical equipment within truck beds.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate any needed repairs. Perform routine cleaning & preventative maintenance on Baxter products.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7 basis including weekends and holidays.
• Navigate electronic devices to enter or retrieve information.
• Demonstrate how to use Baxter product to hospital staff and caregivers.
• Sustain a clean and safe work environment with 5S practices.
• Safely operate company vehicle ranging from a van to 26,000-pound truck.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds with proper safety procedures.
