Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to ensure readiness of medical products for patient use, including cleaning, disinfecting, functional checks, and minor repairs for Baxter and non-Baxter devices.

The role involves moving and inspecting equipment across service centers, clinics, and homes, troubleshooting repairs, and on-call support. A high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, a valid license, and a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT medical card required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds; PPE may be required.

Responsibilities

• Move and inspect medical products within service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate needed repairs; perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
