Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or associate degree plus customer service and service technician duties.
• Willingness to travel within Puerto Rico and beyond as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and supervisors with installation tasks and repairs.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Calibrate and certify equipment following procedures.
• Track equipment in workshop and document service in Salesforce.
• Provide first-level phone support and communicate with customers about issues.
• Prepare daily reports detailing diagnostics and services performed.
