Job summary

Kelly PR seeks an Associate Instrument Technician to calibrate instruments in process and utility systems at a biotech manufacturing site in Puerto Rico. An Associate Degree in Instrumentation Technology is required, and candidates should be prepared to work on varied instrumentation equipment.

You’ll perform basic calibrations, support spare parts inventory, ensure calibration paperwork and instrument files are complete, and participate in a detailed training program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in instrumentation/technician required.
• Calibration and documentation in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
• Assist in maintaining an up-to-date spare parts inventory system for equipment and systems.
• Ensure calibration paperwork, instrument files, and work order documentation are completed with accurate information.
• Participate in a training program to develop instrumentation knowledge.
• GMP compliance is required.
• Basic calibration activities.
• Diaphragms and gaskets replacement skills.
• Autoclave/Glasswasher skills.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Lock out/Tag out safety procedures.
