Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will be on-site at customer locations, diagnosing and repairing ATMs, performing basic maintenance, and reporting work details with accuracy.

Training is provided, and you will join a team that values safety and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with Android devices is required.
• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and Certifications.
• Diagnose problems using ATM logs and service app.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and call closure details promptly.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours and miles driven daily.
