Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory. You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations, respond to calls promptly, and ensure reliable operation of critical self-service technology.

The role requires local US work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills and basic electronic skills
• Ability to perform prolonged travel and rotate weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines
