Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes, based on service tickets and inspections, in the Tampa area. You will ensure high-quality, safe maintenance and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2-4 years in remodeling or construction and a valid driver’s license, with a laptop and smartphone for field work. Occasional travel and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Functioning laptop and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
