Leaf Home in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Service Technician to service and maintain Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes, delivering an outstanding customer experience through professional repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–4 years in remodeling or construction, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; willingness to work at heights, occasional overtime, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required (1-10%).
