Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain previously installed Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner. The role covers repairs, maintenance, inspections, and high standards of customer service across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
