Job summary

Leaf Home in Addison, IL is seeking a Service Technician to service and maintain installed systems at customers’ homes. You’ll handle maintenance, inspections, and repairs, building trust through proactive, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in remodeling or construction, a valid driver’s license, and are ready to work overtime and weekends as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on service tickets and onsite inspection.
• Document, schedule, and close services in the service ticket system accurately.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding service experience.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.
