Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field, with a focus on replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters.

You will work largely in the field with minimal supervision, must review details ahead of appointments, follow safety standards, and complete services within deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification and RRP Lead Renovator certification (will be provided if not currently certified).
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to negotiate and make real-time decisions to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials prior to appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements.
• Perform services adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and provide feedback.
• Communicate timely about issues requiring further resolution.
