Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues in the field and draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace or repair. Candidates should have significant experience in replacement windows, doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters.

This role is primarily field-based with minimal supervision. The position offers a company vehicle and full medical, dental, life, and disability plans, plus a 401(k) with company match and ample vacation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification are required or will be provided upon employment.
• Experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, roofing, and gutters.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
• Prepare equipment and materials prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements before starting.
• Perform services efficiently while adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete assigned services within designated timeframes and maintain quality.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely communication for issues needing escalation or investigation.
