Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and repair windows, doors, and related home products at customers' homes in the Houston area. You will perform high-quality work and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service.

This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, own truck and tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel to sites and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge.
• Glass reglazing experience preferred but training can be provided.
• Experience in bath, plumbing, or handy man work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service.
• Travel to customers' homes to install new products or repair existing products.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
