Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Field Service Technician to install and repair windows and doors at customer homes. You’ll travel to sites, perform installations, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates should have proven window/door installation experience, own truck and tools, a valid license, and strong problem-solving skills. We offer benefits and a fast-paced team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge.
• Glass reglazing experience is preferred but training can be provided.
• Experience in bath, plumbing, or handyman work.
• Own truck and tools; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service.
• Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products.
• Take preventative measures and elevate issues to the Service Department.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
