Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Field Service Technician – Home Remodeling to travel to customer homes and install or repair products, delivering quality workmanship and excellent service. You will learn processes and standards and work with a team focused on the customer experience.

The role requires experience in window/door installation, some glazing work, and plumbing or handyman skills, plus a valid driver’s license and own tools.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge.
• Some experience in glass reglazing is required but additional training can be provided.
• Experience in bath, plumbing, or handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service.
• Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products.
• Take preventative measures, elevate any customer issues to the Service Department.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and fine motor tasks as needed.
