Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years in home remodeling, plus OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator certifications (or receive upon employment).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related work experience required.
• OSHA 10 certification required or will be provided after employment.
• RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or will be provided after employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose installation issues and assess viable solutions.
• Draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace, or repair.
• Work primarily in the field with minimal supervision.
• Prepare equipment and materials before scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details and special instructions prior to service.
• Complete services within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
